Head of Sales


B2C Fintech Platform


City, London


£120,000 – double OTE – equity


A well-funded fintech platform need a highly professional head of sales to help grow the team and the business.


If you’re someone who can confidently say you have previously grown revenues and teams, this is an opportunity to bring your brand of sales to firm that wants to do things right.


The picture with this business hasn’t always been great – sales were particularly aggressive and a culture of bullying had grown. The business wants to move as far away from that type of environment as is possible. The old guard have been removed and a fantastically inclusive culture with a great attention payed to employee wellbeing is being driven from the very top.


They’re looking for someone who can help to dirve the collaborative culture, instil core values and help to develop sales talent.


On offer is a decent base salary with a strong OTE potential, as well as a significant equity stake, targeted to be worth ‘7 figures’. There is also a fantastic benefits package including well above average holidays, gold standard private medical, gym, pension, etc etc.
