Join an award-winning international Healthcare Communications agency as they actively recruit a new Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to become a permanent member of their Client Services team.

The Company & Role:

This agency is renowned for its expertise in creative advertising within the pharma and consumer health sectors. As the successful candidate, you will engage in a variety of campaigns, developing innovative strategies for healthcare clients. This role covers a wide range of areas, including prescription medications, OTC products, medical devices, and animal health brands, ensuring a dynamic and varied experience. Projects will span film and video, print, digital, creative campaigns, workshops, and more. The agency is celebrated for its flexibility, allowing team members to focus on their individual preferences and specialties.

‍ Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Account Manager or Account Director on day-to-day account operations.
  • Understand the client's business and brief.
  • Fosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Supports on projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar agency role with a focus on healthcare communications.
  • Experience in healthcare advertising, preferably with exposure to both UK and European/global campaigns.
  • Possesses strong communication skills and rapport-building with clients.
  • Works independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and inquisitiveness, with a passion for creativity.
  • Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.
  • Is a team player, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production.
  • Familiarity with ABPI regulations.
  • Located commutable to Hampshire 2 days per week (it's easily commutable from most parts of London)
