Our client is a leading global organisation operating within a highly dynamic and fast paced industry. Due to a period of recent change, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to join them for an initial period of 12 months.

As Senior Reward Analyst you will report into the Reward Director and play a crucial role within the People and Leadership function, supporting the Reward Team and business leaders with data-driven insights. You will analyse market data, conduct job levelling, support pay and bonus cycles, and manage the administration of share plans. Additionally, you will support pay equity initiatives and ensure accurate payroll processes, directly impacting the company’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

An experienced Reward Analyst, you are highly numerate and analytical, with advanced Excel skills and exceptional computer literacy. Your excellent written and verbal communication abilities enable you to build strong professional relationships across all levels of the organisation. A collaborative team player, you possess the flexibility to prioritise effectively and the ability to work independently, always demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
