Position Overview:

We are seeking an A-Player General Manager to lead our team and drive the achievement of key business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, from financial performance to guest satisfaction, while embodying our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve EBITDA Targets.
  • Lead hiring and training initiatives to build an internal team, reducing agency staff to zero.
  • Ensure compliance with people, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Drive teams to achieve 80% on quarterly projects aligned with the business's Vivid Vision.
  • Elevate and systemise service standards to exceed guest expectations.
  • Attain a Net Promoter Score of 70 within 1 year to measure guest satisfaction.

The Person

  • Extensive hospitality experience, including management of Kitchen, F&B, Front of House, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, efficiently managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining people and building presentation standards.
  • Lead from the front with an operational role, setting the standard for excellence.
  • Prioritise hiring and developing high-performing individuals who align with company values.
  • Proactively identify and implement new ideas to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software.
