The Midmarket team is an extremely exciting and growing area within Sky Business. We are passionate about delivering better solutions to Midmarket businesses across the UK.

This is a new role. The Partner Demand Generation Lead will sit within the Commercial Enablement team. The Commercial Enablement team are responsible for everything that enables and drives velocity through the sales pipeline. The Demand Generation lead will be accountable for identifying, onboarding and managing demand generation partnerships. You will own the delivery of our new business pipeline. You will plan, develop, and run demand generation programs with partners that will build pipeline and drive growth. You will track and measure, with precision, and continue to refine an effective demand gen strategy.

What you'll do:

· Identify, recruit and on board new demand generation partners, aggregators and resellers

· Explore partnership opportunities with existing Sky Vendors, vertical and industry affiliates

· Support the marketing team in evolving referral schemes and our partner programmes including joint ownership of the authorised connector programme.

· Leverage vendor MDF programmes to drive demand gen campaigns

· Create and execute demand generation strategies that are specifically aligned to our UMM and LMM teams and commercial targets.

· Work with Marketing, Pricing and Props to create authentic conversationally led content and compelling promotions that drives the funnel and helps speed up sales velocity.

· Stakeholder Management; collaborate with a variety of stakeholders - SLT, UMM and LMM sales teams, marketing and props.

· Continuous Improvement; always strengthening best practices while evaluating, and leveraging Comcast best practise, the latest B2B Indirect Demand Generation strategies. Test and optimise different tactics.

· Analyse demand gen outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to inform decisions.

· Build and design sales enablement processes and engagement with partners

· Feed into quarterly business planning.

What you'll bring:

· A proven track record of lead generation activity and how to scale

· Expert on building partnerships and referral activity that drives in bound leads

· Forensic approach to analysis, ROI and investment decisions

· A commercial mindset where all activity must make a direct impact on the top and bottom line.

· Self-motivated, with excellent people skills to interact with internal stakeholders and third parties.

· Results driven and hunger for making an impact via partner demand gen programmes.

· Strong understanding of analytics and its application to demand gen .

· You will be well organised and experienced in working with in a fast-paced organisation

· You will be adept at building and maintaining positive working relationships across the organisation.

· You will be a clear and concise communicator.

· Entrepreneurial, self-motivated high energy individual that enjoys fast paced culture.

· Commercial experience comfortable to network and negotiate and C-suite level.
