Description
The successful Talent Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for:
Supporting the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes
Coordinating with department heads to understand talent needs
Maintaining and updating personnel records in line with GDPR guidelines
Assisting in the organisation of HR-related events and training sessions
Answering employee queries about HR-related issues
Participating in ad-hoc HR projects
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulationsProfile
A successful Talent Acquisition Assistant should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
Good understanding of labour laws and disciplinary proceduresJob Offer
