The successful Talent Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for:

Supporting the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processesCoordinating with department heads to understand talent needsMaintaining and updating personnel records in line with GDPR guidelinesAssisting in the organisation of HR-related events and training sessionsAnswering employee queries about HR-related issuesParticipating in ad-hoc HR projectsContributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practicesEnsuring compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Assistant should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant fieldStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-makingGood understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
