Everfield is located throughout Europe, with offices in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Poland, Spain, and Latvia.

The role

We now have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Acquisitions Manager to join the UK team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and execute acquisitions of small software companies (£1m-£10m Reveune).
  • Identify and connect with vertical software businesses across various sectors
  • Guide potential targets through valuations, from initial discussions to signing and closing deals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with CEOs, investment bankers, and industry veterans to facilitate connections with target companies
  • Represent Everfield in meetings with CEOs, and at trade shows and conferences, requiring frequent travel
  • Leading comprehensive due diligence workstreams including Finance, Tax, Tech, Legal and Commercial
  • Well-versed and experienced in negotiating SPA and other legal documents (i.e. employment agreements) with selling parties to ensure favorable terms and proper risk coverage for Everfield
  • Manage and co-ordinate internal Everfield resources to ensure smooth integration and hand over of completed acquisitions
  • Prepare financial models (incl. scenario analysis), presentation materials and other overviews for pitches and acquisition approvals
  • Enhance processes as the platform expands, continually refining the Acquisition playbooks
  • Continuously build domain knowledge and expertise across vertical software markets and document this in Everfield’s knowledge hub
  • Mentor and support the development of junior members of the Acquisitions team

Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience with evaluating software/tech companies in corporate development / investment fund, or as an advisor at an investment bank / due diligence provider
