As a Lead Generator, your ability to deliver an exceptional telephone experience during the initial contact and qualification process is crucial in increasing customer loyalty. By providing a positive and professional first impression, you will build trust and rapport with potential customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Your commitment to managing the entire sales process, from the initial inquiry to the final resolution, across all business channels is key. By owning the contact, relationship, and outcome of each interaction, you will ensure a seamless and consistent experience, reinforcing customer confidence and loyalty to our brand.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions:

  • Manage and qualify all inbound sales leads through telephone contact, achieving SLAs and agreed-upon conversion targets, understanding the customer’s needs, and offering tailored solutions to increase customer loyalty.

  • Effective CRM maintenance relating to call cycles; planning of repeat calls to accommodate customer requirements. Maintain accurate account details and machine population within the database to aid marketing initiatives.

  • Ownership of the sales process from the moment of converting a lead through to customer delivery and follow-up, managing the lead through the sales pipeline to successful completion. Enabled through strong internal relationships and collaboration with other departments to ensure the customer’s needs are met throughout the entire process.

  • Capture lost sales data, working with the manager and marketing team to brainstorm and champion new campaigns based on customer feedback.

Knowledge:

Education & Experience:

  • Education at GCSE level or above

  • At least 1-year prior experience in a sales role and/or telesales

  • Experience working with the CAT product is desirable.

  • Previous knowledge of the sales process is essential.

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, verbal and written communication skills

  • Innovative thinking coupled with creative problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office systems.
