Dinex is looking for a sales support specialist. The position holds many personal and professional development opportunities in an exciting global environment.
The Dinex Group are the leading global manufacturer and distributor of innovative engineered exhaust and aftertreatment systems for the heavy-duty truck industry with activities in Europe, North America and Asia.
With a program of more than 10,000 spare parts Dinex supply on a daily basis to over 6,000 distributors on a global scale.
Our products are designed to the same level as OE or better.
We take pride in our solutions with core technologies within modern aftertreatment systems for EURO 5 and 6 for Europe as well as EPA 14 and 17 for North America.
Sales Support Specialist – Responsibilities:
• To enter sales orders received from customers into our system received via phone/email and webshop
• Provide customer service support
• Part identification
• Shipment tracking
• Price queries
• Customer follow up on sales campaigns/promotions
• Interaction with other internal departments (warehouse/finance and external sale team)
Sales Support Specialist – Experience and skills:
Skills:
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Good customer service skills
• Team player, self-driven, eager to learn, organised
• IT skills (Proficiency in MS Office)
Experience:
• Previous background in automotive industry
• Knowledge in CRM and E-commerce tools
