Our client, a leading provider of rural services, seeks an experienced Senior Associate Director/Director to join their innovative Land Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with affluent private clients on optimising their assets in prosperous counties.
Position Overview
The Senior Associate Director/Director will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day relationships with Estate Management clients, overseeing property portfolios, financial matters, and estate employees while providing strategic advice to optimise clients' assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage primary day-to-day client relationships
- Oversee agricultural, commercial and residential property portfolios
- Handle financial reporting, budgeting and performance
- Manage estate employees effectively
- Provide practical, reasoned advice to clients
Requirements
- Extensive experience in rural sector
- Project management, planning and development expertise
- RICS Registered Valuer status advantageous
- Confident, organised and professional demeanour
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Commercially astute and hands-on approach
- Excellent networking, selling and presentation skills
- Strong financial management capabilities
- Exceptional people skills and communication
- Self-motivated, resourceful and team-oriented
