As the Hospital Director, you will:
Set the strategic direction of the service
Form strong internal and external stakeholder links to ensure successful delivery of business objectives
Strengthen the management team through identifying skills gaps and developing a performance-focused culture
Plan, manage, and review the occupancy and financial performance
Ensure that service user/resident safety is paramount and maintained through robust clinical governance structures

RMN Nursing Qualification
Active NMC Pin
Proven record of managing nursing teams
Turnaround experience (desirable)
Sound knowledge of the mental health act
