What you will be doing

You will be responsible for representing and managing a roster of talented actors and performing artists, securing roles in film, television, and theatre. You will leverage your industry expertise and network to identify and negotiate the best opportunities for their clients, ensuring their professional growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse roster of actors and performing artists.
  • Provide personalized career guidance and strategic planning to help their roster achieve their career goals.
  • Advocate for clients' best interests in all professional engagements and negotiations
  • Identify and secure roles in film, television, theatre, and other scripted formats for their roster
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, producers, and other key industry professionals
  • Attend industry events, premieres, and networking functions to promote agency talent and build connections
  • Provide ongoing support and advice on auditions, performance preparation, and career decisions

Requirements:

  • Experience as an agent or in the film/theatre/entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and advancing the careers of actors and performing artists.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, including film, television, and theatre markets.
  • Passion for the performing arts and a commitment to supporting and developing talent
