Blossom Tree Speech and Language Therapy has been providing speech and language therapy services for London schools for the last 13 years, there are currently 17 SLTs in the team, all very friendly and supportive people. We share all assessments and resources required for our work and support for CPD within the team is excellent. We meet half-termly for skill sharing, CPD and service development. You’ll have access to joint working with SLTs with specialist experience in a wide range of areas including sensory integration, DLD, Autism and AAC.

Our way of contracting is a little different, you’ll be subcontracted as an independent practitioner on a fixed-term (annual) agreement with your schools. You can choose how many days per week you’d like to work and we do our best to match you up with schools that are in a good location and require the skill set that you have. Contracts renew every year in September. I'm happy to talk you through all of this if you've not worked this way before.

If you are new to independent practice or looking for something more flexible, this is the perfect balance. You’ll decide your own working arrangements and have control over the service you deliver, while working closely with the SENCo but with the added bonus of a great network of SLTs and the security of annual contracts.

Benefits

-      Protected, paid CPD and admin allocation every year

-      Access to all assessments and resources
