A leading international law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Rewards & Benefits Analyst to join them immediately on a fixed term contract.

This role will be working closely with the HR team and wider business, focusing on Benefit administration processes and supporting the Reward & Benefits Manager.



The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support for Reward and Benefit processes, including but not limited to updating the HR database with salary and benefit changes.
  • Acting as first point of contact for all benefits queries, escalating them were necessary.
  • Assisting with annual benefit renewal process
  • Processing all Reward and Benefit invoices
  • Communicating and working alongside the Payroll team.


The successful candidate will have gained proven experience in the Benefits space, and have gained previous experience of benefits administration.
