Assistant Branch Manager required with proven sales and management experience within the construction supply sector.

Working for one of the UKs largest distributors of building materials, the successful Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for assisting the branch manager with the day to day running of the branch, overseeing a team of 7, helping with operations and having a sales focused approach.

The person:

As a senior branch member, the Assistant Branch Manager position would suit a strongly analytical individual with an ability to critically look at performance data and draw constructive conclusions about process improvements and efficiencies to improve the sales team performance.

Candidates with proven experience of managing a sales team within the construction supply sector, be it a distributor or general builders merchant will be of interest.

In return for the right candidate an attractive package is on offer including a basic salary of up to £35,000 + bonus + pension + large company benefits.
