Due to an Internal Move an excting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Branch Manager to join their business.
The branch is a successful branch in Cheshire with 13 staff. It is in great shape operationally however it could use some growth on the sales. Due to the nature of the Builders Merchant industry, it is essential that the onboarding Branch Manager has experience within Building Supplies and has attained Branch Manager level within an established Builders Merchants.
Our client are offering a strong package which includes:
- Basic salary of up to c£50k (potentially a little higher for the right candidate).
- Excellent company bonus with potential to earn up to 50% bonus.
- Electric Company Car.
- Pension.
- 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
- Life Assurance.
- Other benefits such as buying/selling holiday, bike to work scheme etc.
