About the Role

As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with Business Leaders to develop, shape and implement HR approaches aligned to business goals. At a crucial part of our change journey you will support the delivery of the People Strategy, providing advice, support and guidance to the business to achieve high levels of engagement and people performance. Specifically, you will identify effective approaches within performance management, organisational design and culture to deliver people solutions which enhance colleague experience and build capability. Acting as an internal consultant to business leaders, you will support them in creating an inclusive environment where colleagues are able to realise their full potential.

About You

As a People Partner you will have partnered with senior leaders to deliver business objectives.

You will have a proven track record of using your HR knowledge to embed creative strategies which deliver progressive organisational change.

You will have the natural ability to build relationships, communicate, influence and constructively challenge with credibility at all levels.

Experience within a fast based commercial environment is a must as well as experience in analysing data to spot key trends and implement action plans.

You must be CIPD qualified for this position.
