*The Opportunity*

Shooting Stars Nurseries are excited to offer an enthusiastic and passionate individual the possibility to join our bespoke training programme and established Worcester team, as a Trainee Nursery Manager.

The role is ideally suited to a dynamic and motivated early years practitioner who has leadership/managerial experience and is eager to learn and grow within the sector, aspiring to progress to a nursery manger role.

*Minimum Requirements*
* Level 3, or above, recognised early years qualification
* Two years post qualification experience working within an early years setting
* Previous leadership, supervisory and/or management experience (within or outside of early years)

We are open 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday all year round, except bank holidays. Full job description available on request.
