Our client is a charitable housing association, operating in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, aiming to help people who need support and care or who cannot afford to buy or rent a home at market values.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £55,401 and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Developing and maintaining systems to identify compliance requirements, performance against standards and track the performance of any remedial actions required
- Identifying evidence of the Association's compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements across the business; monitoring and reporting on compliance
- Making recommendations on changes required to strengthen the Association's internal controls and approach to compliance and risk management
- Contributing towards the maintenance and development of the Association’s risk management systems and business assurance framework
- Conducting audits and provide compliance advice and support across all functions of the business
- Supporting compliance with Data Protection law through the provision of advice, logging and monitoring issues, and signing off Data Subject Access Requests
Experience required:
- Experience in Social Housing is highly desirable
Working hours:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
