They are currently seeking an Operations Associate to join their dynamic Energy Markets team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled individual to contribute to the digitalisation, decentralisation, and decarbonisation efforts that are pivotal to the energy transition. If you are passionate about driving innovation in the energy sector and want to be part of a globally recognised company, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless activation of customers in the company’s systems, facilitating their smooth participation in contracted programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Transmission System Operator (TSO) to schedule and manage testing, audits, and related activities.
- Manage relationships with trading partners and support the development and launch of new flexibility products and programs.
- Create and analyse reports to monitor customer portfolios effectively.
- University degree in Science, Energy, Economics, or a numerically based discipline.
- Strong understanding of and interest in energy and flexibility markets.
- Proficiency in Excel; basic coding skills are an advantage.
- A team player who thrives in a high-performing environment focused on continuous improvement.
