The Role -

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for product development from discovery to launch. Managing the roadmap, strategy and vision will be key responsibilities and you will play a vital role in shaping the team and growth within the Product function.

Other Key Responsibilities -

  • Become an expert in the product suite. These are your products, your responsibility.
  • GAP analysis, market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage key stakeholders across the business to articulate and validate ideas.
  • Lead by example. Set goals and work with others to encourage cross functional collaboration.

Essentials -

  • Minimum of 6 years experience as a Product Manager or similar.
  • Technical background or experience with highly technical products.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders of different levels.
  • Proven experience taking full ownership of Products through the full Product Development Lifecycle (0-1 idea to MVP).
  • Launched a Product MVP or Product iterations.
  • Led creation of Product Roadmaps that deliver the strategy.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Agile Methodology.
