We are currently looking for a self-motivated and proactive Paralegal to join our dedicated Construction team and work within our Leamington Spa office.

Our specialist team of construction lawyers, have extensive experience advising on contentious and non-contentious construction matters, from construction contracts and procurement to various methods of dispute resolution whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities:

Support qualified solicitors and partners in relation to their ongoing client matters.
Assist in the drafting of legal documents and with the preparation of documentation to clients.
Liaise with clients and organisations on the phone and via email ensuring brilliant customer service by building strong relationships
General administrative duties.
Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms such as Lawsoft, Visualfiles, Worksite and InterAction by ensuring that they are updated in a timely manner.
Undertake file opening and closing processes as required in support of matter progression.
Undertake legal research both as requested and on own initiative.

Person Specification:

Ideally, you will possess prior Construction Law experience or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm
A 'can do' attitude
Strong organisational skills
Desire to play a key role in the future development of the team
Team player
