Job Description

Business Change Lead / 6 month contract / Day rate negotiable / Remote working with occasional travel to Reading or Dublin.


Are you as excited about the intersection of technology and retail as we are? We are all about blending technology with the world of fashion, home goods, and more to craft memorable shopping experiences that bridge the gap between the digital and physical worlds. Well, we have an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Business Change Lead to join us on an initial 6 month contract, remote working with occasional travel to Reading or Dublin.


Knowledge, skills & experience:

• People Systems Implementation experience(Workday HCM and Applicant Tracking Systems)

• HR Change Experience.

• Proven experience in business change management, people and culture initiatives, and communications within the retail sector.

• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Leadership experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
