Role: Change Lead
Location: Reading
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 18 Months + Possible Extension
Rates: £362 Daily Rate Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Clearance: BPSS

Report to the Bridge Business Design & Change Lead on progress the BI change team
Identify and assess key changes that need to be communicated across Business and Technical Design teams
Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources.
Collaborate with delivery teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities
Develop and maintain central change and deployment-related documentation, approaches and toolkits, e.g. change strategy and plan * Identify and manage deployment-related risks and issues, escalating as necessary
Oversees planning, development and delivery of overall change management activity encompassing, communications, readiness training and adoption
Communicate all necessary information to the Directorate Change Teams
Attend and Input into the Transition/Deployment Board

Requirements:

Strong proficiency and/or qualifications in change management methodologies and frameworks
Excellent communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management
Strong project management skills (APMG/Waterfall/Agile)
Resilience to navigate resistance to change
