Job Description

A growing and successful M&A team in London is looking to hire a new M&A Vice President. You must come from an Investment Bank or Independent M&A house, executing mid-market sell-side transactions to be considered.


The role will see you work across a range of sectors; they have a particular strength in Technology & Consumer, however you can expect to work in Industrials, Business Services and others at times. This will be dependant on your sector and transaction expertise.


Essentials for the role:


  • Experience of executing M&A transactions in an Investment Bank at VP level (at least 5 years). You will not be considered if you are still an Associate.
  • You may be a generalist, but you could also be from one particular sector or different geographical coverage
  • Consumer, Technology, Industrials, Services all considered very relevant. FIG not so much.
  • Be able to show executed mid-market sellside deals in your deal sheet, having taken ownership from a 'deal captain' perspective
