Part of a well-established group, our client is an internationally-leading specialist in pipe support systems. They are now looking for a QHSE Supervisor / Manager to join their team.
As the QHSE Supervisor / Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all health, safety, environmental and quality standards are adhered to throughout our client’s UK business.
In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain the quality systems and perform audits
You will ensure that the company maintains their ISO 9001, BS EN 1090, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 accreditations. Additionally, you’ll implement and manage project-specific quality requirements for customers.
To be considered, you must have previous experience of working as a QHSE engineer, supervisor or manager (or similar) within a fabrication company.
As the QHSE Supervisor / Manager, you must have excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail. An analytical mind-set and exceptional time management abilities are also key.
Knowledge of welding processes and techniques in a fabrication environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of oil and gas, nuclear and/or power generation industry requirements.
Good team player /communicating skill essential
