Job Description:

As a Private Client Manager you will be responsible for the management of HEWI VIP clients, driving revenue while maintaining margin goals and ensuring utmost satisfaction with our services. You will build strong relationships and inspire clients to sell and buy via the HEWI platform with personalised product curation. This role requires strong communication, clienteling and relationship building skills as well as a deep understanding of luxury fashion and demands of HNW and high profile clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships being the first point of contact for VIP’s
  • Provide personalised assistance to VIP clients, understanding their needs, style and brand preferences, digitally and in person. 
  • Curate personalised product content to drive buyers and sellers
  • Actively engage with clients to proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify opportunities for and proactively encourage 360 clients (buyer/seller clients) 
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end sales process for VIP clients, including ensuring product availability, negotiating pricing, and delivery.
  • Use data and anecdotal insights to inform your strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging and bespoke commercial content. 
  • Collaborate with the Curation and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, competitors, fashion industry and re-commerce news as well as luxury brands to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of luxury fashion and re-commerce. .
  • Handle and resolve any issues raised by VIP clients promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on new inventory, promotions, and exclusive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns for VIP clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s .

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Private Client Manager in a luxury business or similar role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry working to revenue targets. 
  • Strong eye for product curation and knowledge of pricing. 
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion brands, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with VIP clients.
  • Exceptional clienteling skills, with a focus on personalised attention and client satisfaction.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
