Looking for Creative account managers for a dynamic and innovative Branding and Packaging Agency, specializing in Adaptive Design and Packaging Artwork. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and talented Creative Account Manager to join our team and lead in cultivating client relationships while overseeing projects from briefing to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of projects, guiding them from initial briefing through creative development to final delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to meet project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, production teams, and clients. Facilitate productive collaboration, addressing feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Adaptive Design and Packaging Artwork: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in adaptive design and packaging artwork. Apply creative thinking to find innovative solutions that meet client requirements and enhance brand identity.
  • Deadline Management: Uphold project timelines and deadlines with precision. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement effective solutions to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a creative agency, with a focus on branding and packaging projects.
  • Strong understanding of adaptive design and packaging artwork processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
