Responsibilities:

This is an opportunity to work strategically with Partners, COO and Head of Product to define and optimize operating model during a stage of rapid development and expansion.

  • Ensure the strategic alignment of the firm's structure, processes, resources, and technology to drive desired outcomes.
  • Establish clear frameworks, defining roles and responsibilities, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology, to enhance operational capabilities and drive performance.
  • Ensure standardized processes and controls, to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence—with the view of gaining a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience, ideally in Consulting or Asset Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong adaptability and initiative.
