The role of Academy People Development Trainer provides high quality, professional learning services to MHR staff to support their development. As well as presenting internal training courses, the role will define, design and deliver training to cover soft skills, line manager and policy driven training. In addition, the role will design and deliver Company induction and support/design bespoke courses to meet the needs of departments and business
- Define, design, and deliver high quality, professional learning services to MHR staff. Covering legislative, soft skills and policy driven training.
- Design and create continuous evaluation on all learning events, to inform on transfer of learning and return on investment.
- Design and deliver the Company Induction
- Undertake relative ad hoc projects as required.
- Clearly communicate progress, issues, and risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures, and customers.
- Comply with all company methodologies, policies, and procedures.
- Being commercial aware and the impact to the Company.
- Provide support to other departments as directed by the reporting manager or higher. As well as provide support to departmental colleagues upon request.
- Design bespoke courses to meet the needs of departments/business as requested by HRBP’s or Senior Level managers.
- Provide coaching and mediation services as requested.
- Design initiative eLearning content to provide a blended learning solution.
