About the role:

The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing. They will be accountable for overseeing multiple paid media platforms, checking daily what creative is working best and how to iterate & improve it further. There is a primary focus on optimising paid campaigns across all platforms to achieve a specific Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). To achieve this, the individual will need to have a good creative eye and be up to date with social media trends. The successful candidate will also oversee organic content across social channels.

Our product range encompasses Scandi, minimalist, Japandi and boho styles for a contemporary approach to home decor. This is an exciting opportunity to get into a young but extremely fast growing company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a great understanding of Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, google etc.), demonstrating an in-depth understanding of campaign tactics, creatives and their impact on marketing metrics such as CPC, CPM & ROAS.
  • Plan and execute performance-driven creative that aligns with brand objectives, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and conversion..
  • Collaborate with our videographer/editor and creators to come up with new creative briefs to be implemented into the paid campaigns.
  • Manage new creative plans and scaling strategies. Creating a solid feedback loop between the team & agency to create a better flow of new creative and paid social media management.
  • Monitor creative performance to enable the best feedback for further creative iterations and new ideas.
  • Ensure that all paid performance marketing consistently exceeds target ROAS each month/quarter.
  • Continually learning about the latest updates to paid social media platforms.
  • Responsible for preparing weekly reports to feedback to the director.
  • Utilise project management skills to oversee projects related to the role.
  • Management of organic social media content and scheduling.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years paid media management, especially for instagram/Facebook (Meta).
  • Proven experience in paid social media role and creative strategy.
  • Will ideally have experience with Figma and Monday.
  • Experience with Google ads is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional work and driving business impact.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Great at analysing data and providing reports and feedback.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Skilled in carrying out market research.
