*Shift patterns:*

● Weekend and Weekday working patterns as Weddings are operational 7 days a week. Overtime is achievable as additional hours are readily available.
* Part time positions available working 2-3 shifts a week.
* Full time positions available working 4 -5 shifts a week.

* 12pm – 9pm
* 2pm – 10pm

Please note you must be able to get to and from the venue without having to rely on public transport due to location and late finish times

*About the role*

This role would be beneficial for anyone interested in becoming a chef or has an interest in cooking. As a Kitchen Assistant you’ll be working alongside Chefs with diverse interests and backgrounds. Through working closely together you’ll be able to learn from and support one another.

Responsibilities include

Hands on support with highest quality food preparation

Helping with running and set up of the kitchen to agreed company standards and policies

Assisting the chef with presentation of a 3 course meal, ensuring that standards of food and service are consistently excellent.

Delivering high standards of food

Help control Kitchen cleanliness

Put washing responsibilities

Stock control and date labeling

Food preparation

Progression available, this role would be beneficial for anyone interested in becoming a chef or has an interest in cooking.
