I am looking for an experienced Finance Regulatory Reporting Lead for an initial 12-month contract with a growing Liquidity Reporting team for a leading bank in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for preparing, controlling, and analysing inputs for daily and monthly liquidity reports.
  • Coordinate team workload, provide career development support, and offer ongoing guidance.
  • Analyse complex data to deliver insights and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Financial Regulatory Reporting, ideally with a focus on Liquidity Reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, including workload coordination and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Flexibility to work onsite 3 days per week is required
