Regulatory Reporting - Liquidity Reporting - Glasgow (Hybrid 3 days onsite) - 12 month contract PAYE
I am looking for an experienced Finance Regulatory Reporting Lead for an initial 12-month contract with a growing Liquidity Reporting team for a leading bank in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for preparing, controlling, and analysing inputs for daily and monthly liquidity reports.
- Coordinate team workload, provide career development support, and offer ongoing guidance.
- Analyse complex data to deliver insights and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Financial Regulatory Reporting, ideally with a focus on Liquidity Reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, including workload coordination and employee development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Flexibility to work onsite 3 days per week is required
