We’ve been looking for you
With a diverse portfolio of over 3000 properties including residential, offices, churches, social centres, shops and even farms, you’re guaranteed to broaden your knowledge, and show off your customer service skills.
Report to the Helpdesk Manager whist working closely with Estates Managers, Contractors and the Property Team you will ensure all reactive repairs are managed to secure an early resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.
You will be covering a specific geographical area (Scotland), being the first point of contact on the Property Helpdesk.
You will have a Hybrid working pattern, allowing 2 days in the office and 3 from home, with occasional travel to Scotland once a month.
A flexible 35-hour week and 25 days annual leave will help you regain that healthy work-life balance.
If you have worked in a property or maintenance environment and gathered experience of handling multiple calls and enquiries at the same time, this could be the next step in your career.
