Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team with the opportunity for huge growth in the business. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in performance marketing who is eager to develop their skills further. You will work closely with our paid agency and the Head of Marketing to manage and optimise campaigns, drive demand, and increase brand awareness using a variety of growth tactics.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign management:

  • Collaborate with our paid agency to develop, manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g PPC, social media, display, retargeting).
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the Head of Marketing
  • Assist in the creation of ad copy, landing pages and other creatives to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Work closely with the content & Communications lead and junior content executive to ensure consistent messaging across the board

Optimisation and Analysis:

  • Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the performance of different creative and messaging strategies
  • Utilise data analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation and implement strategies to improve campaign performance

Demand generation and awareness:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute growth tactics aimed at generating demand and increasing brand awareness
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation and customer engagement
  • Support the implementation of SEO strategies with the content & Communications lead to enhance organic search visibility

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g content, sales & product) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts
  • Maintain open communication with the paid agency to ensure alignment on campaign goals and strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve performance marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms (e.g, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
