Your purpose


As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the business development and sales strategy of our key accounts and new client implementations. You will be blend of a confident salesperson, business developer and account manager with a wide variety of skills and experience. Through working with our experienced team, you will have the tools, training, and support to be able to help us continue our growth journey.


This role will not be a static BAU role – it will be fast moving, require agile and outcome-based problem solving and will offer the right candidate a chance to shape and grow their own career as part of an exciting and forward-thinking business. In joining Consultancy+ you will be joining a team that are used to working together and supporting each other, and who are used to success. This role is for a confident, assured individual with the combined ability to identify client growth opportunities, achieve sales targets, ensure the delivery of operational excellence and manage the strategic growth of our clients and suppliers.


What you’ll be doing

Ultimately as the Customer Success Manager you are responsible for ensuring that we deliver client growth through sourcing and identifying opportunities, achieving targeted business development within our client base, building strong client relationships, striving to achieve sales targets and ensuring our projects and programs are successfully delivered.


In the role you will be doing the following:

  • Management and responsibility of strategic growth in our client base and key accounts in line with agreed sales targets
  • Involvement and management of key clients projects to maximise further opportunities
  • Strategic relationship building with key suppliers to understand and maximise opportunities
  • Pro-actively seeking new opportunities to grow and expand our services with new stakeholders (clients and suppliers) and across other parts of our Reed business
  • Responsible for the quality and service levels achieved by projects
  • Management and responsibility of growth in our key accounts
  • Implementation of new clients and account onboarding
  • Project oversight management with our clients through interventions such as kick-off meetings, checkpoint calls, progress reports and project closer / lessons learned reporting
  • Implementation of new clients and account onboarding
