Senior Retention Executive (12 month FTC)

This is a super exciting opportunity to work for a well-known British establishment, seeking a technical Senior Retention Executive to support on 4 key areas:-

  1. An ESP migration project liaising with the IT team
  2. Technical CRM campaign execution
  3. Complex customer segmentation
  4. extensive stakeholder management

You will own the execution of automated communications through channels such as direct mail, SMS, email, and push channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the very heart of the business of a 40 person CRM team, it is a fantastic foot in the door and a career defining role.

The Senior Retention Executive will:

Help support on CRM and customer data migration from the current ESP onto the new platform

Lead campaign and personalisation execution across all consumer touchpoints to deliver growth and improved retention of customers, from concept to delivery, across a customer's lifecycle starting by nurturing our new customers, engaging and retaining them and driving frequency, finally to winning them back

Define, implement and optimise triggered email, SMS and in-app (push) programmes

Communicate and show a strategic mindset and vision to key stakeholders

Lead the CRM marketing calendar, collaborating with the Product and Sales Teams

Report on all retention activities and performance across the multiple divisions across the retailer

Requirements:

Advanced CRM and Lifecycle experience, 2+ years

B2C, e-commerce or consumer-focused background

Experience of SAP Marketing Cloud/Emarsys is a bonus

Strong understanding of GDPR regulations

Strong analytical and strategic skills
