Job Title: Senior CRM Executive

At 3Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Executive to lead the development and implementation of CRM projects and communications. This role will be responsible for defining audience segmentation, contact strategies, and manual and automated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to support various lifecycle stages of products.
  • Collaborate with CRM, analytics, and data partners to define audience segmentation and contact strategies.
  • Design and execute manual and automated campaigns to engage customers and drive business results.
  • Analyze campaign results and propose optimizations to improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, with hands-on knowledge of ESPs or CDPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign results and propose optimisations.
  • Proficiency in HTML and understanding of CRM campaign data requirements.
  • Ability to create engaging customer messaging and develop effective CRM strategies.
