A firm providing utilities for social housing have recently brought in a Chief Transformation Officer looking to modernise technology. They will be implementing a new field service management solution which will provide job details, manuals and a system to order parts for onsite engineers.

They are looking for a UX/UI Designer to work alongside the field engineers to understand their painpoints with the software and redesign the interface to ensure optimal user experience.

Experience

  • Strong experience with IFS, ideally field service management
  • Worked with field engineers
  • Experience designing UX/UI for both mobile and web
  • Background in utilities or telecommunications desirable
