This role is based in London in the UK head office 3 times per week, with 2 working from home.

The Interim Payroll Manager will oversee all payroll operations for the UK and EU team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with UK & EU laws and regulations. The role involves liaising with HR and Finance to resolve payroll related issues as well as the external Payroll company.



Some Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all UK & EU employees using ADP systems.

Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and other employee benefits.

Review and verify payroll data, tax information, and other deductions.

Ensure compliance with all UK payroll legislation, including tax, National Insurance, and pension contribution.

Prepare and submit statutory filings such as P60s, P45s, and P11Ds.

Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare management reports as required.

Manage the ADP payroll system, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy.


The Interim Payroll Manager will report into the CFO with support from the UK HR Director and also assistance from the HR Coordinator.
