Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Technical Support Analyst at VoiceHost Limited.

As a Technical Support Analyst, your day-to-day tasks will include providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer support. This role is based in Norwich but offers flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Knowledge of VoIP technology and SIP protocols
  • Understanding of networking concepts
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MTCNA or equivalent are beneficial
