My client, a leading digital agency are currently looking to bring on a Content Strategist to work on a 6 month initial project working for a large banking group.
They are looking to scale customer engagement, content, transformation (idea to value) and performance management have been identified as key enables to successfully scale and achieve a 100m positive interaction by 2027.
The role of the individual:
Explore how we make insight accessible for the squads. Understands what is available from various sources, such as customer research, data analytics, market trends, and best practices. Define a plan to test with the ability to scale and evolve.
Work with Financial Promotions Approve and Consumer Duty to define guardrails and governance that ensure the content meets compliance, regulation and content standards.
Work closely with the customer engagement squads (Message consultants) to streamline the content workflow from idea to approval and implementation.
Develop and deliver design thinking workshops and training sessions that enhances and embeds the content creation and innovation capabilities of the squads.
Implement and report on the content measurement and optimisation tools and methods that demonstrate the content value and impact.
Must have experience:
Worked as UX writer/Content Designer or have deep understanding of writing practices, and the value content plays in developing customer centric experiences.
Track record of delivering design thinking training.
Worked in large and complex organisation.
Financial Services or highly regulated environments.
Influencing others through all levels of the organisation and can work independently.
Delivering digital transformational projects.
Required skills and desired experience:
Expert understanding of Human-Centred Design methods, especially content, usability, user research and accessibility.
Expert in delivering and embedding Design thinking training in organisations.
Experience working with large-scale digital estates and large numbers of stakeholders.
An understanding and experience of Agile working and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously with multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to solve problems. Excellent influencing, storytelling skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to a variety of stakeholders at different levels.
High level of verbal and written skills and attention to detail.
Ideally from a background in a design-related discipline or product design; usability; insight analysis.
