This position is an essential senior role that will help the company to develop and create new partnership solutions which suit the company technically and commercially. To be successful in this position it's essential to have a strong technical background through which to help customise solutions for partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Technical consultation - aiding the companies partners by supporting and advising how ev charging solutions fit within their business plans
  • Acting as the bridge between company product teams, technical teams and partners to allow smooth communication
  • Represent the company from a commercial and technical forum to showcase technology in the field
  • Bid submission and council support - collaborate with bid management and liaises with local councils to secure BID agreements.
  • Tech risk assessment - be involved in technical risk assessments and understand these in depth from business and technical perspectives.
  • Understanding of electrical engineering to recognise faults and improvements to product ( standards to be met and continue)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience ( ideally electrical engineering)
  • Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Good understanding of the electric vehicle charging industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
