Marketing Executive



Location: London W1

Salary: £35,000 per annum




Are you a dynamic and creative individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of London? Our client is a luxury prime property development firm based in London, W1. They specialise in creating high-end residential and commercial properties in prime locations within central London. Their projects are known for their exceptional design, quality, and attention to detail, catering to affluent clientele looking for premium real estate options.


As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of their communications and marketing efforts, managing projects and driving engagement across their premium brands. This is a unique opportunity to help lead all communications and content creation while working closely with stakeholders who value your input.




Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management: Develop and implement strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Plan and schedule posts, write engaging copy, and maintain our online presence.

Newsletter and Email Marketing: Design and schedule newsletters and communications to keep their audience informed and engaged.

Content Creation: Work with their content team to create compelling visuals and content for both internal and external use. Assist photographers and videographers on shoots, ensuring timely delivery of content.

Content Administration: Maintain their image storage and assist the digital team in retrieving the correct content for various needs.

Project Management: Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure projects are on track and delivered on time. Act as the liaison between their brands and external partners.

Brand Collateral: Create sales decks and branding assets such as menus, posters, presentations, etc., to showcase their services and sales points.




Requirements:


  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong social media experience (Tik Tok / Instagram)
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Canva, and InDesign.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
