Thought about wanting to be a chef, but didn’t know where to start – This is a great opportunity with a growing group with unlimited opportunities.

We are looking for a passionate person to join our Kitchen Brigade.

The Role will involve the following
● Cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery
● Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
● Helping with the laundry for back of house requirements
● Assisting Chefs
● Helping with deliveries and restocking
● Assisting Cleaning Chef stations
● Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Essential skills
● Good work ethic and can work as part of a busy team
● Enjoys a busy environment
● Flexible approach to the working week
● Methodical and clean worker
● Enjoys following checklists and takes satisfaction from your work

Ideal Skills, but we can help with your training if we believe you are the right candidate:
● Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
● Awareness of manual handling techniques
● Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
● Experience of kitchen equipment
● Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives
