Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our culinary environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to gain experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashing equipment
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and appliances
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Receive deliveries and store food supplies appropriately
- Assist chefs and other kitchen staff with various tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
