Our client, a leading law firm with an outstanding reputation in the private equity sector, is seeking a skilled Corporate Private Equity Solicitor with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role Overview

In this role, you will advise on all aspects of private equity transactions, including tax structuring, fund compliance, M&A, take-privates, financing structures, management incentive plans, portfolio engagements, and dispositions. You will work with private equity firms across diverse industries and sectors, providing comprehensive legal support through all stages of the investment cycle.
