Passionate about relationship building?

We’re looking for a Head of Sales to provide leadership to the Sales & Investment department and help to grow the business. You will be instrumental in supporting our position as one of the fastest growing lenders in the alternative finance market. Your main responsibility will be to drive the teams to achieve aggressive targets and to make Kuflink the lender of choice for brokers.

You’ll be responsible for:

Creating and implementing sales strategies that further enhances the team and drives enhanced revenue for the business.
Working with the Senior Leadership Team to create the long-term sales plans and the KPIs for the Sales and Investment team.
Working with the Data team creating detailed analysis of the sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales, strategy successes, weaknesses and opportunities.
Monitoring and observing the bridging industry, the SME space and the Structured Finance market, identifying new trends ahead of the competition giving the business a competitive advantage.
Working with the Senior Leadership Team on potential new products.
Managing and nurturing key external relationships, attending seminars, Network events and playing an active role in the industry.

Skills and Knowledge:

Previous Financial services experience in a Sales role
Good knowledge of the Bridging, Development, SME and structured finance market
Previous experience in managing and motivating teams
Planning, organising and prioritisation skills with effective time management

This role will be 3-4 days office based
